KEZI 9 WILL TELEVISE THE ARIZONA STATE VS. UNIVERSITY OF OREGON FOOTBALL GAME LIVE
OSU vs. USC will also be televised live via Comcast Cable
(Eugene, OR – October 29, 2007) KEZI 9 has reached an agreement with ABC to provide college football fans in western Oregon the opportunity to watch the Oregon Ducks take on the Arizona State Wildcats. Live coverage will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2007, station officials announced today. KEZI 9 will carry the football game as the Oregon Sports Network affiliate based in Eugene, Oregon.
“This station’s priority is to always do our best to serve local viewers and bring them coverage of our local teams,” said Mark Hatfield, KEZI 9 General Manager. “As the Oregon Sports Network affiliate, and the home of the Oregon Ducks, we’re extremely pleased and proud that we can bring this Duck football game to the thousands of Oregon Duck college football fans.”
KEZI has also reached an agreement with the ABC Television Network and Comcast to provide coverage of the OSU vs. USC game, originally scheduled to air on KEZI 9 on Saturday at 5:00 p.m., by moving the telecast of the game to Comcast Cable channel 27.
“We recognize the significance of this game to our viewers and are extremely pleased we could provide an option for fans to see the OSU vs. USC game,” said Hatfield.
The OSU vs. USC game can be seen wherever Comcast is available in the KEZI 9 viewing area on cable channel 27 beginning at 5:00 p.m.
