Upset Special: Oregon State Over Cal

October 10th, 2007 · 6 Comments

John Seibel, host of the Sports Bash on ESPN Radio, picked OSU to defeat Cal in his “Upset Special” earlier today. He stated that if Bernard can rush for over 100 yards, keeping Cal’s offense off the field that “#2 will go down.”

This has got to be the biggest load of crap i’ve ever heard. It will be over before the 2nd quarter starts. I’m calling 3 picks for Canfield in the first half and Bernard won’t even need to play in the second half. Seibel doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.

California is so over-rated i can’t even believe it. The ducks are not that good, and you needed a fluke fumble to beat them. Please….

No way the beavers beat the bears. what is the deal with OSU having a site like beaversportsnews and the rest of the pac-10 not?? does anyone even look at the site? oregon state sucks at everything (except maybe baseball)

Yeah jerkrich, we do have true (40 years plus) beaver fans that do read. You should look at the history of Beaver sports before you spew insults

I’m a die-hard Beaver fan and for some reason, I think that Seibel is right. I think that if we can get the ground game going, take the pressure off Canfield, we have a chance. I’ve heard rumors that Longshore’s injury is worse than they’re leading on.

On the Beaversportsnews.com main page you will see links to Ducksportsnews, Cougarsportsnews, Huskysportsnews, and Broncosportsnews. Perhaps if you want a Bearsportsnews you should complain to someone else.

I encourage any Cal fans who think that the Beavers don’t stand a chance to learn a bit more about OSU’s team.
